Adsense Earnings November 2007

Earnings for November are back up a bit to $820, although eCPM is still a good bit lower than it was in September i.e. I am getting a fair amount more traffic (mostly through SEO For Images) than I did in September, and still earning less!

I covered possible reasons for this in my October 2007 Adsense Earnings post.

The good news is that traffic to this blog has increased considerably (approx 1,400 visitors in November), so it is at the point now where I will consider adding some sort of affiliate program to my blog (I decided not to use Adsense on this blog any more, as it earned me very little, and it probably does not convert very well - possibly resulting in getting my Adsense account 'smart priced'). I'll let you all know how I get on!

    Good to hear that the numbers are picking up.
    Have you looked into what kind of keywords you are using and compare them to what keywords that yield high paying ads?

    I am a bit constrained in what keywords I can use, as I mainly just use my own photos on my web site - and I can't call a 'Cow' a 'Diamond'!

    But I do use Wordtracker to see which words are more popular than others e.g. when holding my photo competition earlier this year - I found that 'contest' was much more popular than 'competition' - so this is what I called it...

    NB - Thomas has a great Photo Blog that is really worth visiting if anyone is reading this!

    This blog currently makes nothing.

  10. I'm new to this type of marketing, but am making my first attempt at it here . The site is a legitimate passion on mine so I hope that that draws enough interest to create enough earnings that the site is self sustaining.
